Trixie is not a typical “foodie” but a bon vivant who is always in search of an excellent gastronomic experience, in any country or at any price point. Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, she had been a part of the Southern California food scene from her childhood, circa 1970s – 90s.  Being an Angeleno allowed her to immerse herself into many ethnic cuisines, local flavors and experiencing the world of gastronomy.

Orange Wine Tasting and Cheese Board – Ljubljana, Slovenia

Trixie also received her WSET Level 1 Award in Wines, is a Chocolate Expert, knowledgeable in coffee, a Certified Pisco Expert and is a Certified Tea Sommelier. She has a comprehensive taste palate and a love for food, which she uses to explore and educate herself on the culinary culture throughout the world.

Cairo, Egypt

As a world traveler, Trixie has visited almost fifty countries with a focus on Eastern and Western Europe. She is also a few states shy of America’s big fifty! Her curiosity of educating herself on people, art and culture has opened opportunities to visit many historical and UNESCO sites. She has also viewed a tremendous amount of art while visiting almost every major museum in Europe and the United States. History, art and culture are very important threads to Trixie’s life tapestry.

As a Holistic Healer, Certified Reiki Master, Certified Hypnosis and Certified Meditation Practitioner, Trixie believes that everything is connected. Spirituality and traveling go hand in hand, as both move a person towards enlightenment and their own evolution. Food is part of travel and a region’s own cultural background. Culture such as music, theater, art is what separates us from the animals and makes us more civilized. It is what we strive for as an evolving society.

Paris on a rainy day

As a spiritualist for thirty years, Trixie lives by the Universal Laws in order to create her reality. That reality is living the best life that she can, create moments and share those experiences with others- we are all connected.  Remember, we create who we are and what abundance falls upon us!
