EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine | Tasteful Tapas in Las Vegas’s Chinatown

Las Vegas, NV– EDO Tapas is another of my favorites in Las Vegas. It is not located on The Strip, but is a swanky little Spanish wine restaurant in Chinatown. Many of my Vegas food friends and I have always raved about EDO, and I had also enjoyed their original food truck ‘Boqueria Street’. They also opened up another restaurant, Anima by EDO, in the city, apparently great things get around in this town!

EDO TAPAS & WINE IS INSPIRED BY THE SPANISH TRADITION OF EATING SMALL SAVORY DISHES WITH WINE OR COCKTAILS. RAISED IN BARCELONA, CHEF OSCAR AMADOR EDO GREW UP SURROUNDED BY THE RICH CUISINE OF CATALONIA, FED BY THE GENEROUS FRUITS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN.

The cuisine at EDO is astounding, creative, and flavorful. There are many dishes to enjoy here, and the menu does change seasonally. I have ordered off their regular menu, as well as partaken in their delightful Tasting Menu. Everything at EDO is magnificent, including their wine selections and hand crafted cocktails. It is one of Las Vegas’s great restaurants that I am sure you will love, just as much as us locals do.
