Las Vegas, NV– EDO Tapas had been on my restaurant radar for quite sometime before I walked into this swanky little Spanish wine restaurant in Chinatown. Many of my Vegas food friends had raved about EDO and I always enjoyed their original food truck ‘Boqueria Street’. I am not sure what took me so long to come in but I blame it on my past traveling schedule. Putting excuses aside, I am glad that I came in because I fell hard for their flavorful and inventive dishes.

The cuisine at EDO is astounding, creative and flavorful. There are many dishes to enjoy here and the menu does change seasonally. A few of my favorites have been the Pan con Tomate, the charcuterie board, roasted bone marrow, the fresh seafood dishes and the rich desserts. I have enjoyed EDO a couple of times already, and I plan on getting myself back in to try their Tasting Menu with Wine Pairing. That will be part of my food goals for this coming year!
